Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Ignite Life and Wellness, we know that life happens, and sometimes you need to adjust your appointments. We aim to be flexible while also ensuring our practitioners' time is respected. Please take a moment to review our policy: Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to two times without a penalty, as long as you give at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. For any subsequent cancellations (your third and beyond), or if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a charge of 50% of the full service fee will apply. No-Shows We understand that a "no-show" can happen. For your first no-show, we won't apply a charge; we'll simply ask that you reschedule your appointment. However, for any subsequent no-show events (your second no-show and beyond), you'll be charged the full service fee for the missed appointment. If you're using a package, one visit will be deducted from your package total. Refunds All payments for services are non-refundable, unless a refund is requested due to a documented medical condition. To be eligible for a refund due to a medical condition, you must provide either: A Doctor's letter on official letterhead confirming the medical reason. A direct email from the doctor's office confirming the medical reason. Package Refunds If a refund is granted for a package due to a medical condition, the refund amount will be prorated based on the number of visits used. This means that any visits you've already utilized from the package will be charged at the full, single-visit price, as the package discount no longer applies to partial usage. For example, if you purchased a 5-visit package for $495 and used 2 visits, you would be charged the full single-visit fee for those 2 sessions (e.g., $120 per visit, totaling $240). Your refund would then be the original package price minus the cost of the used visits ($495 - $240 = $255).
