Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the personal care nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused essential oil soaps within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

• The soap must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in unused condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

• Contact us at coach@ignitelifeandwellness.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Carefully pack the unopened and unused soap in its original packaging.

• Include the RMA number on the return package.

• Ship the return package to the following address



 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned soap, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

• Refunds will be processed within [number] business days of receiving your return.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
