    3 Ways to Use Spike Lavender

    1. Inhale a few deep breaths of Spike Lavender to help you sharpen your concentration, center, and open your breath.
    2. Add a few drops of Spike Lavender to your massage oil to help ease pain in joints and muscles.
    3. Use Spike Lavender as an addition to your natural cleaning products to enhance the germ killing power and add a beautiful scent. 

  • Directions for Use

    Diffusion:  Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
    Topical use:  Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity.
