It includes weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and group gatherings. There is an early bird discount available until December 27th.

Happy Moods, Mindful Moves

Join our 6-week gentle fitness class where we prioritize progress over perfection.

It's okay to be slow on the go. Our classes are designed for those who need to include more mobility in their daily routine. Through gentle yoga, stretching, low-impact exercises, chair exercises, and light hand weights, you'll experience a sense of calm and rejuvenation. Our supportive community and experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way.
