Green Tea

Green tea is made from unoxidized leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. It is a rich source of antioxidants, including catechins, which have been shown to help protect against heart disease, cancer, and stroke. Green tea also contains L-theanine, an amino acid that can help to promote relaxation and improve cognitive function.

Chai Tea

Chai tea is a spiced tea that is typically made with black tea, milk, and a blend of spices, including cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger. Chai tea is a good source of antioxidants and can help to boost your metabolism. It is also a great way to get a warm and comforting drink on a cold day.

Hibiscus Tea

Hibiscus tea is made from the calyces of the Hibiscus sabdariffa plant. It is a rich source of antioxidants and can help to lower blood pressure. Hibiscus tea is also a good source of vitamin C and can help to boost your immune system.

How to Make Concentrated Tea

I love making concentrated teas because they're so easy to grab and go. To make my concentrated teas, I simply steep extra tea bags in a pot of water for longer than usual. Once the tea is steeped, I strain it and let it cool completely before storing it in the refrigerator. When I'm ready for a cup of tea, I just add a splash of concentrated tea to a glass of water and enjoy. This is a great way to get a quick dose of antioxidants and other beneficial compounds.

Important Note: Teas and Medications

It is important to note that some teas can interfere with medications. If you are taking any medications, it is important to talk to your doctor before starting to drink tea.
